Specifications include, but are not limited to: Joliet Junior College is requesting bids for the 2024 Parking Lot & Sidewalk Maintenance Project. The project improvements will include work at the Main Campus at 1215 Houbolt Road Joliet, IL. and the Weitendorf Campus 1151 East Laraway Road. The improvements include pavement patching, crack filling, sealcoating, sidewalk remove and replace, pavement marking and restoration. Base bid Parking Lots S1, S2, and S3 will have limited patching as needed, crack filling, and seal coating. All cracks 1/8” and greater will be routed and filled. Each of the areas will be re-striped (double coated) as shown on the plans provided and verified in the field. Sidewalk remove and replace, and some new sidewalk construction will be implemented on the main campus at various locations directed by JJC. The Weitendorf parking lot improvements will include patching as needed, crack filling, and seal coating. All cracks 1/8” and greater will be routed and filled. Each of the areas will be re-striped (double coated) as shown on the plans provided and verified in the field.
