Location #2 Pinney St. parking spaces – parking area east of 102 N. River St 4,650 sq. ft of asphalt surface 18 total parking spaces 0 handicap parking spaces Up to 100 feet of crack fill The allowed hours of work are between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on Saturdays. No work shall be done on Sundays or Holidays. Equipment shall not be started before 6:45 AM. Location #3 Lot F located at 39 E.
