The City has retained JV Henik (“Consultant”) as the engineering consultant to evaluate the City’s Public Works Service Center parking deck located at 400 Busse Highway, Park Ridge, Illinois. The Consultant identified the necessary repairs and developed detailed specifications for the completion of such repairs. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials to complete all necessary repairs identified by the Consultant in accordance with the plans and specifications attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Consultant will review and approve all work associated with the project to ensure compliance with the established specifications. Final project completion and approval by the Consultant shall be completed no later than May 15, 2026.
