Specifications include, but are not limited to: Onsite daily and overnight staffing Year round campgrounds are open seven days a week except for Christmas Eve at 3 pm and Christmas Day; Thanksgiving Eve at 3 pm and Thanksgiving Day and New Year’s Eve at 3 pm and New Year’s Day. CMC staff will be the main customer facing team of the campgrounds CMC will provide staff in the off season – November 1 through March 31 – at Camp Sullivan, Camp Reinberg and Camp Bullfrog at a minimum during weekday business hours and when there are campers/camping reservations. CMC will provide staff in peak season – April 1 through October 31 – at all five campgrounds at a minimum during weekday business hours and when there are campers/camping reservations. CMC will have staff visit and do site checks at any non-staffed campground at a minimum of once a week during the non-peak season or when there is a major weather or other event that might impact the campground. CMC will provide overnight staffing at any campground when there are campers CMC onsite staff will abide by and enforce all the rules and policies of the campgrounds CMC staff will answer questions, follow up complaints and communicate with the public about all things related to the campground operations, reservations and activities CMC will provide staff to address emergencies related to the campgrounds
