The City of Elmhurst (City) is seeking qualifications for full architectural (preliminary and final) and engineering (preliminary-Phase I and final-Phase II) services for the design of the new Elmhurst Police Station. A minimum of twenty years of experience in architectural design is desired for the proposed lead Project Manager. The Architect and Engineering Team shall perform and carry out, in a professional and satisfactory manner, the necessary services required to complete the requirements included in this project. The City will provide a qualified staff member to assist in City decisions and interpretations during the design process. The services to be provided related to this proposal are described in the Minimum Scope of Services section of this proposal. All work must adhere to City standards as required
