The Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors for the provision of transcription and court reporting services for administrative review cases and administrative hearings in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake and Will Counties throughout the State of Illinois. The majority of the work involves transcribing recordings of administrative hearings for filing in circuit court as part of an administrative review case. 65 HR Court Reporting Appearance Fee - Standard business hours will apply - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday - Vendors' per hour cost are inclusive of travel expenses. Up to 4 hours; 55 HR Court Reporting Appearance Fee - Standard business hours will apply - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday - Vendors' per hour cost are inclusive of travel expenses. Up to 8 hours; 12 HR Court Reporting Appearance Fee - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday and Sunday - Vendors' per hour cost are inclusive of travel expenses.
