Packard Mental Health Center is contracting with vendor for asphalt repair services for campus roads and parking lots. Vendor will be responsible for pothole repair and painting/restriping roads and parking lots throughout campus located at 901 Southwind Rd., Springfield, Il 62703. SUPPLIES AND/OR SERVICES REQUIRED: Vendor will be responsible for repairing all potholes in roadways and parking lots. Vendor will remove top pavement overlay where needed up to 3 ½ inches and install new pavement overlay (hot-mix asphalt) up to 3 ½ inches. Asphalt will be graded towards drains to keep drains free of debris. Vendor will repaint and restripe letters, lines, and symbols throughout the campus. Vendor will modify and paint handicap spots according to code and stripe walkways with hash marks.
