Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.2.1 Television Programming Monthly Services. 1.2.2 Television Programming service is hereby defined as the service containing select TV viewing Channels. 1.2.3 The parties agree that any subsequent installation or relocation of outlets will be made at the request of the Agency and will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 1.2.4 Agency is aware of and agrees the Vendor may change its service carriage within the cable television system, due to reasons that include, but are not limited to; loss of their right to carry programming caused by the programmer’s loss of license or otherwise, any technical reasons which may cause the interruption and/or suspension of the channel and/or any other reasons which may make the continued carriage of the particular channel economically unfeasible. 1.2.5 Vendor shall provide television channel line-up for 7 units. 1.2.6 In the event a service becomes unavailable, the Vendor will make a reasonable effort to substitute another service in its place. In the case of a programming and/or channel change, the Peoria Adult Transition Center will be made aware PRIOR to the change and the change will be subject to the Peoria Adult Transition Center’s agreement with the new programming and/or channel offered as a replacement. 1.2.7 Vendor agrees to provide the service specified to the number of units shown and Agency agrees to pay for such services at the monthly agreed upon rate. 1.2.8 Vendor shall provide a premium channel lineup consisting of local channels and sports programing to match the channels listed below. Alternate channel line-up will be considered but must meet with the approval of the Peoria Adult Transition Center. If unable to provide a specific channel(s), vendor must indicate as such or provide an alternative channel signal and specify the alternative channel.
