3.1.1 Assist and consult with the City as necessary in the design of parking facilities or modification to parking rates and policies. 3.1.2 Work with business owners and business districts as needed to assess parking needs; report to City with suggestions for improvement. 3.1.3 Be available to respond to City calls when needed and attend group, Council and Commission meetings when asked by the City. 3.1.4 Maintain and repair existing and new parking equipment including gates, electrical and pay stations. 3.1.5 Provide sufficient personnel to issue parking citations at an agreed upon level of enforcement appropriate for the City (see Appendix B). 3.1.6 Provide sufficient personnel in office to ensure an agreed upon level of customer service that creates a relationship of trust and loyalty beyond the immediate interaction. Parking Management – Page 3 3.1.7 Provide sufficient personnel to staff parking system and decks during events for RAVE venues or other special events as designated by City. 3.1.8 Provide operational and customer training for all enforcement personnel. Provide training manual and employee course completion certification as verification. 3.1.9 Allow for special permits to be used at multiple parking locations within the City’s parking system. 3.1.10 Handle all customer services associated with the City’s parking system.
