USEUCOM, in conjunction with Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, are seeking information from potential sources for the delivery of IT solutions to the warfighter at shore installations in USEUCOM’s AOR. The scope covers the entire spectrum of outcomes associated with the full lifecycle of delivery and support of IT capabilities to include engineering development, design, procurement, fabrication, configuration, integration, installation, logistics, maintenance, and life cycle support solutions for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance/ Information Technology (C4ISR), IT, Electronic Security System (ESS) systems, Emergency Management System (EMS) Equipment, Audiovisual (AV), and Cybersecurity.
In order to successfully operate in an OCONUS location it is equally important to have a robust system capable in the following areas: System Environment, Personnel Accreditation, OCONUS Resource Management, OCONUS Logistics, and Off-base Contractor Facility.
The anticipated Period of Performance is one (1) 12-month base year plus four (4) 12-month options.
