Serve as the primary administrator for Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation, Absence Management, and Performance Management. • Manage system configurations, security roles, and workflow setups in alignment with business requirements. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with Oracle support when necessary. • Assist with timely and accurate issue resolutions, HCM system updates, patches, and quarterly releases, including impact analysis, testing, and communication. • Partner with HR stakeholders to optimize HCM processes and user experience. • Support end-user training, provide functional guidance, and resolve user access or data issues. • Participate in strategic planning sessions, cross-functional projects and act as a subject matter expert on Oracle HCM capabilities. • Oversee assigned tasks to CHA current Programmer
