Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing the Law Department with subscribed access to comprehensive online legal research services. The Service will provide current case law for all states and the District of Columbia, including attorney general opinions as well as legislative, statutory, administrative, and other regulatory information; current and historic case law (dating back at least 75 years) for both its federal and state lwa content; public records and investigative tools; an interface that retains research history by matter and allows work in a multiple-screen environment; a citation service for content; a free trial during this procurement's evaluation process; and free periodic training during the term of the subscription.
