Pick-up outgoing U.S. Mail at least once daily (249 business days annually) between 4:15 - 4:45 p.m. from: St. Charles County Government Administration Building Department of Governmental Communications Mailroom 2nd Floor, Room 239 St. Charles, MO. 63301 County government buildings close at 5:00 p.m. No mail pickup will be scheduled when St. Charles County offices are closed in recognition of the following holidays. A list of specific dates will be provided upon bid award : January New Year's Eve September Labor Day Martin Luther King Jr. October Columbus Day February President's Day November Veteran's Day May Memorial Day Thanksgiving & Friday after July Independence Day December Christmas Eve Christmas Day
