The project will include the replacement of all North Island Apartments’ upper and lower roofs. -Over the insulation a 60 MIL TPO roof system will be installed per manufacturer’s specifications. -Perimeter Overhang Roof: 60 MIL TPO per manufacturer’s specifications. -Install new TPO flashing at all perimeter, curbs, and roof top projections per manufacture per manufacturer’s specifications. -New wall flashing will be secured with termination bar and sealant per manufacture twenty-year warranty requirements -Install preformed lead flashings at all plumbing vent stacks and roof drains. -Seal new TPO membrane at perimeter and projections with air seal tape per manufacture instructions -Install walkway pads around service side of HVAC units and cooling towers -Install Environmental Roofing Components Vortex Vales around perimeter -The membrane roof system will be installed per manufacturer requirements and guidelines.
