The purpose of this project is to renovate the current unfinished space in the existing Edwardsville Public Service Building being utilized for storage (Training Room/EOC space A127). The project includes the finishing of all the existing exterior envelope/interior exposed stud partitions, and the creation of a new data closet. A new 2x2 ceiling, associated tiles, and new/existing light fixtures as shown on plans will be provided as well. Existing upright sprinkler heads in room shall be modified by sprinkler contractor to existing building standards, to accommodate new ceiling grid. New supply/return HVAC airside components will be provided as determined by contractor. Contractor shall provide data/network cabling and associated terminations as detailed on plans. New finishes for spaces shall be provided as detailed on plans. Verify on finish legend (sheet A2.1) building materials to be owner provided/contractor installed. New doors and associated hardware (access control products) shall be provided as shown on plans and specifications.
