CARPENTRY Install all walls for the following partition types shown on the Architectural plans and details. o Partition A – Interior of new Precast Walls 5/8” Gypsum board on 2 ½” metal stud furring at 16” O.C. up to 4” above finished ceiling, held off precast wall by 1”. Provide slotted clip connection as required for rigidity. Batt Insulation between studs with Visqueen vapor barrier. o Partition B – Interior Walls 5/8” Gypsum board on each side of 3 5/8” metal studs at 16” O.C. up to 4” above finished ceiling. o Partition C – Plumbing Chase Walls 5 5/8” Gypsum board on each side of two rows of 3 5/8” metal studs at 16” O.C. up to 4” above finished ceiling. Chase thickness per plan. Furnish and install FRP from floor to ceiling of all wet walls. Install all Millwork as listed in Millwork/Casework scope of work below. Install all hollow metal frames, hollow metal doors, wood doors, and all necessary hardware as listed in Hollow Metal Frames/Hollow Metal Doors/Wood Doors/Door Hardware scope of work below. Install all bathroom accessories as listed in Bathroom Accessories scope of work below. Caulking as necessary.
