Specifications include, but are not limited to: purchase of Natural Gas and its delivery. The College used 1,600,269.37 Delivered Therms between July 2021and June 2022 as indicated on Attachment A. The approximate use by periods is as follows: Summer (April through October): 772,528.22 Therms (48.0%) Winter (November through March): 827,741.15 Therms (52.0%) The College is seeking the lowest cost for their gas consumption, Harper College will assign their gas storage amounts to be managed by the successful supplier. Harper College is requesting a 12, 24, and 36 month natural gas index contract. All supplier index contracts must be based upon 100% of the customer’s volumes listed in Attachment A using the Natural Gas Intelligence Index Chicago City based on “Consumption’ not “Deliveries”.
