The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois (the "University") is soliciting qualifications and proposals from experienced development teams (each a “Proposer Team”) for the award of a concession, as further described below, involving land to be owned by the University, located within the 128-acre Illinois Quantum and Microelectronics Park (“IQMP”) at 8080 South DuSable Lake Shore Drive in Chicago, Illinois, as depicted in Section 2.9 of this RFP (the “Project Site”), and to enter into a public-private partnership for the financing, design, and construction of two facilities, the National Quantum Facility (the “NQF”) and Quantum Works (the “QW”), and related improvements (as further described in this RFP, collectively, the “Project”) on the Project Site.
