The Village of Northbrook ("Village") is requesting proposals from professional engineering firms ("Consultant Services") for National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) Program Manager services as described below in this Request for Proposal ("RFP"). The Village is seeking a proposal for NBIS services for the upcoming Fiscal Years 2026-27 and 2028-29, as well as on call bridge inspection services for Fiscal Year 2027-2028. Respondents must be able to demonstrate previous experience serving as NBIS PM for local agencies. The submitted Proposal should include the firm’s qualifications, project team, resumes, detailed scope of services/tasks, schedule, man hour estimate, and not-to-exceed costs for completing the NBIS PM services specified below.
