Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of the renovation of approximately 425 sq. ft. of the existing partial temporary holding jail cells in an existing fully operational village police department. This is the only area of work for this project. Work includes, but is not limited to, selective interior demolition, rough & finish carpentry, new metal stud and gypsum board partitions, new CMU partitions, reused and re-hung existing hollow metal door and frame, new suspended acoustical ceilings, floor coverings and interior finishes. New electrical devices & lighting fixtures will be installed as shown on the plans. The HV AC, plumbing, electrical and any life safety work will be done as a design-build concept. It is intended that the project be built to the following approximate specifications.
