Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The solution should be capable of handling 100 cameras across Brookfield of varying megapixels. • The solution should have the capability to add additional cameras on demand as deemed necessary by Brookfield in the future. • All outdoor camera enclosures should be weather-proof (IP66 or better) to withstand extreme winter weather and be tamper-resistant. • All indoor and outdoor cameras and/or VMS systems should meet the following minimum specifications (as different cameras are required dependent on the location): o Camera Quad Dome with Built-In PTZ • Network vandal outdoor camera that combines Multi-sensor Mu o Camera Quad Dome 5MP Per Camera • Wisenet P series network vandal outdoor multi-sensor o Dual Sensor Camera 6MP Each Camera • Network vandal outdoor 2CH AI IR dome camera o 180 Degree Dome Camera 15MP Total • Network vandal outdoor multi-sensor dome camera, panoramic o Outdoor 5MP Fixed Vandal Dome • Wisenet Q network outdoor vandal dome camera, 5MP @ 30fps o Wireless Point to Point System • Indoor and outdoor cameras and/or VMS systems which contain the following features will be given preference (dependent on the needs of the specific location): o Wide Dynamic Range / HDR technology for improved optical performance under challenging lighting conditions o Dual-sensor functionality for A) 180° opposing views B) wider angled field of view at some entrances/exits. o Digital fog / smoke correction features o Capability to process/analyze audio (without recording or storing it, in order to comply with Illinois state law) for detection of gunshots, glass breaking, screams, etc. strongly preferred. o Support for a failover method, where recordings can switch to a redundant or standby device (or record locally within the camera) if a DVR/NVR/VMS/Cloud server becomes temporarily unavailable, so that footage is not lost. o Support either scheduling or AI/ML-based methods of detecting when network is under low load to upload the bulk of HD/full-resolution footage during non-peak hours.
