Specifications include, but are not limited to: Service/repair to the Facility Annunciation/ Fire Alarm System and Inspection/ Intercom Services. Vendor must perform on annual basis testing of sensitivity of all Smoke/Heat/Duct Detectors that may apply to meetIDPH/NFPA LSC 2012 Code and must provide written report to Facility Chief Engineer. Must be performed yearly by August 1st. Vendor must document factory settings on all Smoke Detectors and test settings on all Smoke Detectors and must provide written report to Facility Chief Engineer. Must be performed yearly by August 1st. Vendor must test all Pull Stations, Heat Detectors, Duct Detectors, Horns/Strobes, Main Panels and Standby Battery(s) and all other associated equipment to the Facility Fire Alarm System. Must be performed yearly by August 1st. Vendor must be able to perform necessary repairs/replacement to proprietary equipment such as: Notifier/Simplex/EST/AFP200/DRC3 Fire Annunciation Panels and any other associated systems in facility operations. Vendor must be able to supply continuous monitoring of the Facility Fire Alarm Systems and inform/report to the City of Centralia Fire Dept. immediately of activated fire signal. Vendor must inform/report to W.G. Murray Developmental Center Boiler House of anyFire, Trouble, Supervisory issues that may occur to facility fire systems. Vendor must supply a monthly activity report to Facility Chief Engineer. Vendor must perform repairs/replacement to Facility Intercom Systems. Vendor must furnish Labor, Materials,Equipment, Incidentals, Software to test, repair and maintain Intercom/Fire Alarm Systems. Vendor must follow all Illinois Dept. of Labor/Illinois Dept. of Public Health/ Illinois Office of the State Fire Marshal/NFPA LSC 2012/OSHA Codes. Vendor must adhere to the rules and regulations of W.G. Murray Developmental Center. Vendor must perform repairs during normal business hours of 8:00AM to 4:30PM Monday thru Friday excluding weekends and holidays unless approval from Facility Chief Engineer for emergencyrepairs to Facility Fire Alarm Systems to meet IDPH/NFPA LSC 2012 Edition Code.
