Specifications include, but are not limited to: A single vendor to provide and promote the sale of multimedia rights packages for Intercollegiate Athletics (herein Athletics). The program will promote the licensed Multimedia Rights to create and develop its own service for distribution, broadcast, and promotion of radio programming, corporate sponsorships, signage, internet advertising, game program sales, and related promotions and broadcasts currently maintained by Athletics. The package will include, but not be limited to such elements as video and message board advertising, event promotions, game/event sponsorships, radio network play-by-play, coaches’ shows, internet rights, digital rights, certain television programming, corporate sponsorships, and on-site marketing. The publication and distribution of game day programs should also be included. As well, sponsorships and advertising for posters, schedule cards, and other publications should be secured.
