Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Champaign Community Unit School District No. 4, Champaign County, Illinois (hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT”), a public school district, is accepting bids for a new MDM/Endpoint Management System for iOS, Mac, and Windows devices. DISTRICT is soliciting proposals to identify qualified vendors to be responsible for providing all of the resources required. The proposal shall include all specified hardware, supplies, and delivery. Delivery shall be made in a single shipment. The shipment will be delivered as soon as possible after the award of the proposal. The proposal may include an optional cost for programming the purchased equipment per the DISTRICT’s specifications, and any value-added services. Specifications The following are the minimum requirements of this RFP: ● Licenses for 2000 devices o Combination of macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Android, and Windows devices ● User Friendly interface for management of devices ● Advanced cross-platform patching ● HTML5 based remote access control for unattended sessions and end-user support ● Mass deployment of software o Internal or external network ● Monitoring and Alerting of all system health ● Security controls and benchmarking ● Automation to allow managing multiple devices simultaneously ● Apple push native support ● Drag and drop from previous cert options ● Custom BYOD cert compliance ● Group policy push management ● Zero touch enrollment for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices using serial number ● Roll out auto deployment of apps All equipment must meet ISO 9001 manufacturing standards. Product line consistent and common components guaranteed for 12 months, unless otherwise specified.
