Specifications include, but are not limited to: Perform seasonal tune-up and winterization on Mercury 115 HP, 4-stroke outboard motor as needed (Detailed Specification 2, 5); Perform annual tune-up service check on two (2) 225HP Honda outboard motors as needed (Detailed Specification 2, 8); Replace engine fuel filters on dual engine PC 30 as needed (Detailed Specification 7); Propeller repair for PC 30 as needed (Detailed Specification 9); Prepare and paint hull and replace/repair anodes annually on PC 30 as needed. (Detailed Specification 11, 12); Replace and repack bearings for one axle on a boat trailer as needed (Detailed Specification 3,5); Remove existing rooftop air conditioning (AC) / heating unit and provide and install new low-profile highcapacity AC and heating roof unit. (Detailed Specification 10); Perform service check to PC30 Seastar hydraulic steering system including flushing and refilling hydraulic oil as needed (Detailed Specification 5); Labor for maintenance and repairs as needed.
