This project consists of the purchase and installation of Ameristar Montage #2 Industrial Ornamental Steel fencing (no exceptions) for two (2) designated enclosure areas, as depicted in the attached site drawing. The installation shall include fixed fencing, swinging access gates, and sliding security gates, all constructed to ensure long-term durability, security, and aesthetic cohesion. 1. General Fence Specifications • Fence Type: Ameristar Montage #2 Industrial Ornamental Steel Fence • Fence Height: Seven feet (7’) • Style: Majestic (Flat Top) • Color: Black, factory powder-coated finish • Pickets: One inch (1”) square tubular steel • Posts: Three inch (3”) square tubular steel • Post Installation: All posts shall be core drilled and set in poured concrete footings in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation recommendations. Concrete shall be a minimum 3,000 PSI mix. • Fasteners & Hardware: All hardware and fasteners shall be corrosion-resistant, tamper-resistant, and meet or exceed ASTM A653 standards. • Finish Coating: All materials shall be factory-coated with a multi-stage E-coat process and powder topcoat to resist corrosion and UV degradation.
