Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide oversight/management of third-party environmental contractors separately contracted by the Board; 2. Provide audit and quality assurance/quality control; 3. Coordinate environmental work; 4. Conduct/review site assessments, audits, and investigations; 5. Provide designs and specifications to be used by the Board in solicitations for bids for environmental work; 6. Collection and analysis of samples including but not limited to chemical, biological, asbestos, lead, soil, waste, air, and water. 7. Conduct microbiological and indoor air quality assessments; 8. Develop and provide educational services to the Board personnel; 9. Respond to environmental emergencies including but not limited to chemical spills, asbestos and lead paint incidents; and 10. As necessary, manage small scale remedial measures.
