Submissions are now due by Noon (CDT) on 9/2/25 instead of 9/1/25. I have a subcontractor who would like to conduct a site visit if possible.Answer: Each site has two security gates, but TJO will only require access through the first one. All three sites normally have a supervisor, M-F 0600-1600, if you would like to make a visit. CHL ? Navy Pier Entrance where guests need to buzz in at and the sliding gate at the lock entrance.TJO ? Both gates are located at the end of the access road, the first gate is typically open on weekdays at 0600 and where the container is located currently.
