Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing a scheduled service to the IL Military Academy (IMA) billeting (temporary lodging) located at 1301 N MacArthur Blvd, Springfield IL 62702 and Marseilles training Center (MTC) billeting operations located at 1700 Army Rd., Marseilles IL 61341. Contractor will provide the following services: provide, pick-up, clean and deliver a quantity of bedding linens, hand towels, and face towels. IMA and MTC billeting provides temporary lodging to military personnel in setting similar to a civilian motel. IMA has 105 billet rooms with a total of 293 beds, and is open for business 24 hours a day 7 days a week. IMA billeting is closed for a limited time during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s holidays. In the event of an emergency, the IMA may be required to make immediately available all 293 beds for military personnel. MTC has 58 billet rooms with a total of 58 beds, and is open for business 24 hours a day 7 days a week. MTC billeting is closed for a limited time during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
