City shall consider proposed lease agreements of 3 year to 5 year terms. The proposal should include whether there is an option to purchase the machine at the end of the term. The proposal shall include lead time until the machine will be fully operational at the City’s Dallman Generating Station. All warranties and maintenance agreements for the machine shall be specified in detail in the proposal. City shall consider proposals for both new and used machines. Used machines with less than 2,000 hours. Model year of 2022 or newer. City reserves the right to inspect used machines before awarding a lease agreement. Expected usage of the machine is 1,000 hours to 1,500 hours per year. No minimum or maximum hour total is guaranteed.
