Specifications include, but are not limited to: Routine Lawn Care and Maintenance services include the following: 1. Spring Clean-Up/Start-Up 2. Routine Clean-Up 3. Lawn Mowing 4. Fertilization 5. Weed Control (All Areas) 6. Pruning (All Areas EXCEPT the Streams) 7. Perennial Flowers and Ornamental Grasses (All Areas EXCEPT the Streams) 8. Fall Clean-Up/ShutDown 1. SPRING CLEAN-UP/START-UP Spring Start-Up Includes • Turn on water and pressurize the main line. • Adjustment of all sprinkler heads. See Attachment 5 for zone locations. • Necessary cleaning of heads and valves. • Programming the control timer to your requested water times or restrictions. Spring Start-Up Does Not include. • Repairs due to damage from construction, landscaping, burying of cables, etc. • Relocation of sprinkler heads. • Damage from snowplows and blowers. • Replacement of broken heads, valves, timers, etc. Spring Clean-up • Spring clean-up shall be completed between April 1 and April 15 (all areas). • Clean up all branches, papers, litter, leaves and other debris from tree rings, shrub beds, perennial flower beds, groundcover beds and pond shorelines (if applicable).
