Landscape maintenance includes mowing (limited), trimming, edging, planting, fall and spring cleaning, sod restoration, snowplow damage repair, minor tree trimming and watering. In addition to landscaping services throughout the Village, there are occurrences when grass mowing services are required for vacant and/or foreclosed homes. This occurs approximately 5 times per year. Schedule will typically be three (3) days a week for thirty (30) or more weeks. Preferred consecutive days of the week are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Scope Landscape maintenance is separated into seven task groups, which includes: • Perform turf maintenance • Perform horticultural maintenance services • Plant/Install landscape material • Maintain trees and shrubs • Restoration and repair • Court ordered clean-up and landscaping services
