Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following sections define the scope of work of this solicitation, including requirements for a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution including Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial Administration, Procurement, Asset Management, and Budget Management capabilities. The proposed ERP Solution and associated services are intended to replace and/or integrate with current systems and processes, third-party tools, and technologies utilized by the County. The outcome of this procurement will result in an ERP Solution that meets County requirements as defined in these sections, as well as providing a foundation to fulfill future business needs, including: Automation of business processes Reduction in system customizations by aligning business process to leading practice software capabilities Simplification of application and technology architecture through a reduction in third party software tools and consistency in integrations Enhancement of the user experience through a web-based, intuitive, user-friendly interface Easy access to data and information for performing analytics and making business decisions that align with the County’s strategy Enhanced reporting capabilities to enable end users to develop State, Federal and operational reports
