Specifications include, but are not limited to: CTA will solicit Tier I or Tier II GECs for specific work/assignments on an as-needed Task Order basis. Task Orders will detail the scope of work for the project, the scope of services and qualifications required from key and support personnel, deliverable requirements, schedule, budget and other project-specific information. The process entails the following at a basic, high level: 1. CTA issues task order scope of work, specific DBE goal, and request for qualifications to Tier I or Tier II GEC pool 2. GECs submit specific qualified personnel to perform the services, including key professional staff appropriate for each of the disciplines/functions identified in the Task Order to be responsible for the quality of the GEC’s services, compliance with applicable codes and regulations and CTA QMS requirements. If requested by CTA, GECs submit specific project understanding providing an approach on how the GEC will accomplish the scope of services provided in the issued task order. 3. CTA evaluates the qualified personnel and project understanding (if requested) submissions. 4. CTA evaluates Key Personnel replacements, Transition Plans for Key Personnel, Qualifications for New Subconsultants, as well as past performance, and past performance meeting CTA QMS requirements for Responsibility Determination.
