The elevator maintenance services covered under this agreement shall include but may not be limited to annual and elevator certification and load testing, routine elevator inspections of elevator control rooms and elevator cars, checking elevator car response times, responding to slow or erratic elevator car operation, and responding to emergency entrapments. The Vendor shall provide all labor, parts, supplies/materials, and equipment required to provide repair, maintenance and inspection services to ensure proper and safe operation. All labor to perform as needed maintenance services and tests shall be covered and included in the service fee for that visit. Repair and maintenance services include, but are not limited to, doors, pumping units, relay logic, relays, circuit boards, wiring, cylinders, oil, valves, motors, door gibs, floors, walls, and anything in the hoist-ways.
