General Parking Services Vendor shall provide access cards or use an access recognition method to allow for ease of entry and exit from the secured parking facilities. Vendor may assess a fee for a lost or stolen access card. Vendor shall provide 24-hour access to the parking spaces, with in-and-out privileges, 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year. The three parking zones are defined in Subsections I.2.11 – I.2.13, with an estimated number of parking spaces that may be required on a monthly basis. Parking facilities must be able to accommodate vehicles that are six feet eight inches tall without risk of being damaged. Vendor shall have the height limit clearly posted at each parking facility so it may be seen by all entering vehicles. Vendor(s) must provide a designated number and/or email address to file complaints. Vendor must notify the CMS designated contact of all State complaints received on a monthly basis along with an explanation of how the complaints were addressed or resolved. Upon request, Vendor(s) must provide to the CMS designated contact, on a quarterly basis, a list of all reserved parking spaces in each multi-level parking facility(ies) or surface parking lot(s), delineated by license plate number, date added, date removed, if applicable, and agency. Upon request, Vendor will also provide vehicle in/out reports for State owned vehicles. Vendor(s) shall provide an email and/or phone number that State or State employees may reach on a 24-hour basis to resolve any exit/entry issues, operational concerns, or other matters related to the use of Vendor’s multi-level parking facilities and/or surface parking lots. Information to be entered in the applicable space on Attachment B, Parking Facility Information Sheet. Vendor’s multi-level parking facilities and/or surface parking lots shall at all times comply with any applicable city, state and federal codes, laws, or requirements. For any surface lots covered by this contract, Vendor(s) will provide prompt snow removal and salting services for all State purchased parking spaces and location’s walkways for safe patron passage. If Vendor provides services such as battery jump starts and air for tires, and electric vehicle charging; such services must be made available to the State at no additional cost.
