The City of Naperville is seeking to retain a reputable, licensed Contractor capable of providing Job Order Contracting (JOC) services for a full spectrum of general contracting work of maintenance, repair and replacement of sites and facilities under the jurisdiction of the City of Naperville which may include, but not limited to interior and exterior building renovations and repairs, site work, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, concrete, masonry, maintenance of bridges, roofing replacement and/or repairs, streetscape repairs, and improvements to City sites. The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to complete the related services and to ensure projects are completed within the Job Order Completion Time.
