Specifications include, but are not limited to: I. PRIVATE OFFICE AREAS - Both Buildings A. Daily Operations 1. Empty waste receptacles. Dispose of trash insert liners, as required (furnished by Contractor, paid by District).; 2. Damp clean telephones.; 3. Dust and/or damp wipe all horizontal surfaces to hand height (72") including desks, fixtures, cabinets, chairs, tables, and paneling. ;; B. Weekly Operations 1. Clean and disinfect telephones.; 2. Dust all horizontal surfaces including sills, ledges, vents, lights, shelves, etc.; 3. Wash exterior and interior of refrigerators. Defrost refrigerators, if requested. Contents will be disposed of by MWRD personnel.; C. Biweekly Operations 1. Spray carpet with anti-static compound during winter months.; D. Monthly Operations 1. Wash and polish exposed surface of furniture.; 2. Vacuum fabric furniture.; 3. Damp wipe leather upholstered furniture. ; E. Quarterly Operations 1. Dust all window blinds.; 2. Wash interior and exterior of refrigerators and microwave ovens. Contents will be disposed of by MWRD personnel.; 3. Wash wastebaskets.; F. Semi-Annual Operations 1. Steam clean carpets.; 2. Wash and polish furniture thoroughly.; G. Annual Operations 1. Clean ceilings around vents.; 2. Wash ceiling light fixtures, inside and out
