Specifications include, but are not limited to: The College seeks an Irrigation Association - Certified Irrigation Contractor (IA CIC) contractor to provide system start up, shut down, and repair of the College Irrigation System. The contractor will supply all travel, labor, supervision, tools, and equipment necessary to provide Irrigation Springtime Startup, On-Call Repair and Winter Shutdown on the Irrigation Systems at the College of DuPage Main Campus, 425 Fawell Boulevard, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137-6599. The contractor will supply all travel, labor, supervision, tools, and equipment necessary to provide Irrigation Winter Shutdown on the Irrigation Systems at the College of DuPage Naperville Center, 1223 Rickert Dr, Naperville, IL 60540. The contractor will not be responsible for the springtime startup at the Naperville location. The work is to commence within forty-eight (48) hours upon notice to proceed and all repairs are to be completed within two (2) week time frame.
