1. BASE BID: The project work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials and equipment needed to upgrade the existing irrigation system. This includes removing existing components and installing a new system with HDPE mains, laterals, and necessary fittings; and expanding the existing satellite-based control system. 2. ADD ALTERNATE #1: Alternate scope of work shall include; Irrigation mainlines, laterals, irrigation controls, and irrigation components for holes #7 and #8 as outlined in the Newman Golf Course Drawings. 3. ADD ALTERNATE #2: Alternate scope of work shall include; Irrigation mainlines, laterals, irrigation controls, and irrigation components for hole #6 as outlined in the Newman Golf Course Drawings. 4. ADD ALTERNATE #3: Alternate scope of work shall include; Irrigation mainlines, laterals, irrigation controls, and irrigation components for holes #4 and #5 as outlined in the Newman Golf Course Drawings. 5.
