Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Software should have ability to track use of force by officers, analyze this data, and provide detailed reports which both configurable and searchable. • Ability to create different reports and charts from a wide range of search conditions and / or keywords. • Software should have ability to pre-set different thresholds to provide early intervention and early warning for a variety of categories such as use of force and pursuits. • Ability to store database on existing servers. • Ability to provide automatic reminders to personnel to ensure necessary tasks are completed in a timely manner. • Ability to track access, changes, and completion of reports by users of software as they are routed through the chain of command and the approval process. • Ability to enter and track multiple forms of documentation to include but not limited to letters of commendation, field-level discipline, vehicle accidents, verbal counseling, awards, citizen complaints, lack of service situations, training records, and pursuits. • Ability to incorporate different file types such as videos, photographs and PDF's into case folders. • Ability to complete comparison reports using different officers and customizable queries. • Illinois Law Enforcement Accreditation Program (ILEAP) and / or Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) compliant.
