Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vendor shall furnish all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, and materials, except those identified to be provided by the Village, necessary to install, maintain, and remove holiday lights within the parkway trees of the Central Business District on behalf of the Village over the course of approximately three years spanning September 2023 through April 2026. Holiday lights will be used all year round. Maps showing where lights are to be installed are included as Attachment E. A. INSTALLATION OF HOLIDAY LIGHTING The Vendor shall install holiday lights on 68 parkway trees in the Villages’ Central Business District. This number includes evergreens, deciduous trees (single and multi-stemmed), and several hedges that are to be lit. Included herein are specifications on how the Village desires lights to be installed on these trees and bushes. Lights will be utilized year round and controlled through timers in street light control boxes from which power is provided. During the holiday season, from approximately November 15 through approximately January 20, the lights will remain on 24 hours per day.
