Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Village of Roselle seeks the assistance of a consulting company to provide a full range of information technology managed support services for the Village’s physical computer networks, desktop and laptop computers, cyber-security, operating systems, applications and data. The nature of the services will be ongoing support and coordination of this system to ensure proper implementation of new technologies, general management and operations, and maintenance/troubleshooting of the systems to prepare for future needs and to prevent technical difficulties or system down time. It is the general intent of the Village that the consulting company will become the Village’s adjunct information technology staff, performing routine maintenance and updates to the system, deploying equipment and software, as well as providing a needed resource for both end users of the system and management staff to ensure system integrity, reliability and security.
