Specifications include, but are not limited to: Implement Oracle eBusiness Fixed Assets, Inventory and Work Order within Oracle Enterprise AssetManagement (eAM).Develop a comprehensive assessment and implementation plan for Hyperion Public SectorPlanning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) and PerformanceManagement. In collaboration with Lake County, the Contractor will provide to the County ananalysis and assessment for successfully completing the Oracle implementations. Analysis willinclude, but is not limited to, a process and design configuration by function and by proposedsoftware module with justification and recommendations highlighted, documented businessprocesses, updated functional and technical requirements as well as detailed business needs ofmultiple departments collaborating jointly on this project. The Contractor will develop a detailedbudget estimate along with operational impact avoidance costs to confirm funding requirements.Implement Hyperion Public Sector Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Oracle BusinessIntelligence (BI), and Performance Management.Design an ongoing operational plan that provides various support options and recommendationsfor the ERP System (i.e., pre- and post-implementation functionality), including staffing models forinternal and external resources.
