Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Illinois Office of the Comptroller (IOC) seeks contractual services through a single vendor to provide operations consultants to assist on several management projects. The management projects will cross over several areas including, but not limited to: the Comptrollers Statewide Accounting Management System procedures and processes, Electronic Commerce Department procedures and processes, and outreach to State Agencies. Examples of the projects are listed IV. Work Statement in this RFP. The consultant should possess extensive knowledge of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, Comptroller Administrative Rules, the Comptrollers Statewide Accounting Management System, the Treasurers processing rules, the Comptrollers direct deposit program, experience with banking contracts/relationships with the State of Illinois and a thorough working knowledge of the major State agencies
