Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Board of Education of the City of Chicago (the Board) invites subject-matter experts in the area of In-School Arts Education Services (including the areas of visual art, music, dance, drama/theatre, media arts, and multi-disciplinary arts) to submit solutions for arts education services review and evaluation. The purpose of this RFI is to identify firms that can offer solutions for improving arts education partnerships with schools and all associated services. A proven history of successful project work for clients of comparable size, scope, and nature is desirable. The CPS Arts Education Plan (the Plan) aims to provide increased access to every art form for every student in the district. In addition to arts instruction from certified and endorsed arts educators, the Plan calls for strategic arts partnerships for every school. CPS is opening up a Request for Information (RFI) process to gather key data points to inform an anticipated solicitation process.
