Specifications include, but are not limited to: GENERAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:a) Respondent shall meet the Board's guidelines for working within a school and adhere to allrelevant Board policies, including all Program staff who will have direct contact with studentsmust have a valid background check on file and must have proof of freedom fromtuberculosis (For a complete list of Board policies reference: http://policy.cps.k12.il.us/).b) Respondent shall have experience in a school setting working with the specific age groupsbeing served.c) Respondent shall have content expertise and experience that is applicable to proposedServices.d) Respondent's instruction, services and supports should be evidence-based, focused onengaging diverse students and appropriate for an urban audience.e) Respondent should have capacity to serve multiple schools or to demonstrate ability to meetfuture needs of the Board
