Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Provide access to covered parking spaces, providing protection from snow and other weather, at Contractor’s parking facility for up to twenty-five (25) vehicles; B. Permit any vehicles exceeding 25 to be parked at Contractor’s parking facility for the monthly fee charged for the first 25 vehicles, at a prorated rate for any portion of the month the additional vehicles require such parking; C. Provide all Services within walking distance of 555 W. Monroe, which is defined as being bounded no further than Interstate 90 to the west, Washington Street to the north, Franklin Street to the east, and Van Buren Street to the south; D. Provide access twenty-four (24) hours per day, every day (including holidays and weekends) at no additional charge for non-business-hours; E. Provide access cards or a related transferable option (“Access Cards”) to allow easy entry and exit from the parking facility; F. Allow for replacement of lost Access Cards at a fee not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
