Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment , subcontractors and any other materials required to provide lock and other security and access control installation and repair services requested by the Treasurer; B. Provide on-site Services beginning no later than eight (8) working hours after notification by the Treas urer of the need, or if in the Treasurer ’s reasonable discretion, the need is immediate, within two (2) hours of notification to Contractor by the Treasurer; C. Perform Services during normal working hours , which shall be Monday t hrough Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., unless otherwise directed by t he T reasurer, in which case Contractor must be available , if requested in an emergency situation, to come onsite outside of normal working hours; D. If requested by the Treasurer, provide satisfactory evidence as to the kind and quality of any materials used; E. Supply all Contractor property needed for a ll Services. Contractor may not use any State property such as tools, equipment, la dders, extension cords, mops, buckets, cleaning material, etc. without Treasurer approval. The Treasurer will supply electricity as well as hot and cold water and will not supply storage for Contractor or be liable for any items or material located on State property
