Vendor shall provide all equipment necessary to perform services to meet NFPA regulations and specifications. Hoods and fans cleaning: Hood cleaning includes wiping out, scraping, and polishing entire hood area and accessible areas of duct work. Outside cleaning includes exterior of fans, flipping to clean underside of fans if possible.
